Excellent Progress on 'The Village' Construction

Construction works on The Village are on schedule with the high quality offices due to be ready for occupation early in 2007.

A team from Verry Construction has completed the foundation works and are finishing off laying the first floor of the Park Centre. The installation of the five 80m-long earth ducts is ongoing.

Easter Group is striving to achieve a BREEAM "Excellent" standard for the buildings at The Village as well as an "A" rating under the new European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
