40% of The Village, Butterfield Has Been Let

Easter is pleased to announce two lettings at The Village, Butterfield to the University of Bedfordshire and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

The University of Bedfordshire is to occupy 18,071 sq ft for its nursing and midwifery training and teaching faculty, while the Royal Bank of Scotland is taking 4,660 sq ft for use as corporate offices.  These lettings represent approximately 40% of the first phase of 57,000 sq ft.

The offices in The Village are the first in the UK to use the proven, and highly effective, earth duct ventilation system which will provide up to 75% of energy savings as well as regular air temperature and quality.  Easter has achieved a BREEAM “excellent” standard and will be seeking a high rating under the upcoming new European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.

The marketing suite and cafe are now open at Butterfield’s Park Centre.
