MTL Construction Underway at Butterfield

Construction is now well underway of MTL’s new 90,000 sq.ft. international head office with half of the steelwork for the new facility already up.

 

As well as being MTL’s international head office, the bespoke freehold facility will also house approximately 50,000 sq.ft. of Research & Development and high-tech manufacturing, employing 300 people. 

 

This is a relocation for MTL from their existing Power Court site, which will form part of Luton Town Centre’s redevelopment.

PC is expected in October 2008.
