Butterfield offers bespoke design and build solutions to accommodate occupier needs, presenting leading R&D, high tech and office occupiers with the opportunity to acquire the quality and scale of space they require in an attractive working environment. Bespoke developments are available from 20,000 sq ft to 500,000 sq ft.

Butterfield has the benefit of an outline planning consent covering the entire site, therefore bespoke buildings can be designed and put through the planning process in a relatively quick timetable. Easter has an established design team who can quickly interpret your company's requirements and produce a detailed assessment of your requirements prior to a full planning application being worked up.

Two new office and light industrial/distribution units with B1, B2 and B8 uses. The buildings consist of a two storey office building with light industrial/distribution to the rear within a single building envelope.
