Luton Borough Council has granted planning consent for the next phase of office at Butterfield Luton.
Consent was received for the next phase of the award winning Village at Butterfield. This phase comprises approximately 100,000 sq.ft. which compliments the existing offices which are proving to be the destination of choice for high quality occupiers throughout Luton and the region.
Existing tenants at the Village include; Royal Bank of Scotland, GEC, The University of Bedfordshire and Butterfield’s property advisors Lambert Smith Hampton.
